Yes, it's very important to shut down your computer. Because the bnc connector plugs of earphone consists 3 pins(interfaces). When you insert the earphone to the computer or put the earphone out, 2 of the 3 pins probably will be in short-circuit. Your mainboard of computer may be destroyed. How to make it needn't to shut down your computer?
